What AlphaFlow AI provides, what it will never do, and the rules for using an account.

1. What this service is
AlphaFlow AI is a market-analysis platform for traders. It maps price levels from live market data, waits for price to reach them, and publishes complete trade ideas — direction, entry, stop, and targets — together with tools for reviewing charts, logging trades, and following the economic calendar.
Everything the platform produces is analysis and information. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and it is not personalised advice: the platform does not know your finances, your objectives, or your risk tolerance, and it does not take them into account.
2. What this service will never do
- It never places, executes, modifies, or closes a trade on your behalf.
- It never takes custody of your money and never asks for broker trading credentials.
- It never guarantees a profit, a win rate, or any particular result.
- Where a broker connection is offered, it is read-only and exists solely to import your own trade history into the journal.
3. Accounts and access
An account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.
Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn — including where an account is shared, automated, or used in breach of these terms. Premium access is activated once payment is confirmed; how access is delivered, and the refund position, are set out in the Refund & Access Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, republish, or relay the platform's signals or analysis to anyone else, whether free or for payment.
- Scrape, mine, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract the platform, its outputs, or its underlying methods.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, tier limits, rate limits, or authentication.
- Upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Interfere with the platform's operation or the access of other users.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, its interface, its strategy logic, and the analysis it produces remain our property and are protected by copyright and other rights. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them — nothing more, and no rights are transferred to you.
Content you create — your journal entries, notes, and uploads — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the platform can function.
6. Availability
The platform depends on live market data feeds and third-party infrastructure, and is provided on an “as available” basis. Feeds fail, markets close, and maintenance happens. Where data is unavailable the platform is designed to show a pending or empty state rather than a made-up value — but continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not promised.
Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.
7. No warranty
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any analysis will be accurate, timely, complete, or profitable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on anything it produces.
You make your own trading decisions and you bear their consequences. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as the platform changes; the effective date above will always reflect the current version, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
You may stop using the platform at any time and ask for your account to be closed. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
