1. Trading involves substantial risk
Trading foreign exchange, metals, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you commit, and with leverage you can lose it far faster than in an unleveraged market. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
2. This is analysis, not advice
Everything on this platform is general market analysis and information. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. It is produced without any knowledge of your circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

3. Past performance says nothing about the future
Where the platform shows a track record, that record is historical. It describes what already happened on published setups. It is not a projection, not a promise, and not an indication of what will happen next. A run of winning trades can be followed by a run of losing ones.
Any result shown for a period of testing or simulation is not a live result. Simulated performance does not account for real execution, and a simulated record has the benefit of hindsight.
4. Execution costs are yours
The platform's levels and targets are calculated from market prices. Your actual result will differ because of your broker's spread, commission, financing charges, slippage, and the exact moment you enter and exit. These vary by broker and by account, and the platform does not model them.
5. The platform does not trade for you
No signal is executed automatically. Nothing here connects to your broker with permission to trade. If you act on a setup, you place the order yourself and you choose your own position size. Position sizing and risk per trade are your responsibility, and they matter more to your outcome than the entry does.
6. Data and availability
Market data comes from third-party feeds and can be delayed, interrupted, or wrong. Markets gap, close, and move on news. The platform is designed to show a pending state rather than invent a price when a feed is unavailable — but you should always verify a level on your own platform before acting on it.
7. No guarantee
No result is guaranteed. Nobody associated with this platform accepts liability for trading losses arising from your use of it. By using the platform you confirm that you understand these risks and accept them.
