Exactly what the platform collects, why it holds it, who processes it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. The short version
The platform collects what it needs to sign you in, run the features you use, and keep the service working. It does not sell your personal data, and it does not share it for anyone else's advertising.
2. What is collected
- Account details — your email address and an authentication record. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored hashed; we never see your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile identifiers, not your Google password.
- Account status — your access tier and approval state, so the platform knows what to show you.
- Content you create — trading-journal entries, notes, and any trade details you record.
- Chart images you upload — held to produce the analysis you requested, and retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
- Usage counters — for example how many scans or chart reads you have used, so tier limits can be applied fairly.
- Payment records — if you buy access, we keep a payment reference, the amount, currency, status, the method used (for example card, mobile money, bank transfer or crypto) and the date, so you can see your own billing history and so we can answer questions about a charge. The payment itself is taken by our payment provider; the details you enter to pay go to them, not to us.
- Technical records — standard server logs such as IP address, timestamps, request paths, and error diagnostics, used to keep the platform secure and working.
- Analytics — aggregate page-view and usage measurement (see section 6).
3. What is NOT collected
- Broker trading passwords or trade-execution permissions. Any broker connection is read-only.
- Card numbers — payment pages are hosted by our payment provider on their own systems. We never see or store your card number, and we do not store billing addresses.
- Government identity documents.
- Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for third-party advertising.
4. Why it is held
To create and secure your account; to deliver the features you use; to apply tier limits; to send service messages such as signal notifications where you have those enabled; to diagnose faults; to detect abuse; and to improve the product in aggregate.
5. Who processes it
The platform runs on third-party infrastructure. Providers act on our instructions and only to run the service. By category, these are: cloud application hosting; database and authentication; payment processing; transactional email delivery; AI model providers used for chart-image analysis; market-data providers; and web analytics.
Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. When you pay, you enter your details on their hosted page, and they collect what they need to take and secure the payment — which may include your card or wallet details, a billing address, a phone number and your country. They act as their own controller for that information and keep their own records, including where they are required to by tax and anti-fraud law. Deleting your account here removes our records; it does not erase theirs.
Market-data providers supply prices to us — they do not receive your personal data. Where you choose to connect a broker account, that connection is read-only and used solely to import your own trade history.
6. Cookies and analytics
The platform uses cookies and similar storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. It also uses a web analytics service to measure aggregate traffic and which screens are used, so the product can be improved.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but sign-in will not work without the necessary ones.
7. How long it is kept
Account details and content you create are kept while your account is open. Ask for your account to be closed and they are deleted, other than anything we must retain for legal or security reasons. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics. Uploaded chart images are not kept beyond what the analysis and your history require.
8. Security
Access to the platform is authenticated, traffic is encrypted in transit, and secrets and keys are held in the server environment — never in the part of the application that runs in your browser. Access to production data is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its data to be deleted. You can turn off signal emails from your account settings. To make a request, contact the desk — we may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
10. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and accounts should not be created by minors.
